1.How do we get in touch with you?

We are dedicated to respond to your queries and suggestions. Please use the form provided in the 'contact us' page to reach out to us. We will respond to you at the earliest.

2.Do you deliver items outside of Europe?

You can contact us before making any orders outside Europe.

3.How do we purchase from you?

To place orders browse through the relevant product category. Select the item you wish to order, enter the quantity you would like to buy and click on “Add to Cart”. If you wish to add another product to your cart click on “Continue Shopping”, else click on “Checkout”. Login if you are a registered user or else fill in the Registration form and then Login. Add gift message, if any, and click on “Complete Order”. Following which, click on “Pay Now” to provide your payment information. Once you have successfully made your payment, and we have received the confirmation of the same, we will ship your order to you shortly.

4.What is your shipping policy?

All purchases will be shipped with in 24 hrs of payment.  Which normally will be delivered as standard first class shipping.

5.What is your cancellation or return policy?

You can contact us for a refund or return. We have a hassle free product returns policy in place.

6.What are your payment options?

Our Secure Payment Gateway service providers are Stripe and Paypal. You can use credit cards, debit cards and Paypal to make the payments. Where cash on delivery or bank transfer are supported, you can contact us to arrange those payments.

7.What is your refund policy?

In the event that you are not fully satisfied with our product, you will be entitled to a refund. Please contact us with in 14 days of receiving the item and we can arrange the returned item to be sent back and arrange a refund. 

8.What is your pricing policy?

All prices on this website are current and all orders are acknowledged at the pricing mentioned. Our products for personal use are VAT exempt for the elderly and disabled. If you are ordering in bulk, you may be asked to fill out a form to make sure it isn't for business purposes. If the purchase is for resale or business purpose, we have to charge VAT from such transactions.

9.Do you offer Cash Payment on Delivery?

Generally, we do not offer cash on delivery for our products. Orders have to be prepaid before dispatch. However, for local delivery of multipacks, around Colchester area, where our warehouse is located, we can try to arrange payment on delivery.
